Positions
Sales Manager
We are seeking candidates who have business-to-business sales experience in selling engineered outdoor or construction products. In this position you will be responsible for meeting quarterly sales goals and building a strong customer relationship; as well as developing new sales channels.
Responsibilties include: Meeting or exceeding sales and profit targets within assigned accounts. Leveraging multi-million dollar accounts and relationships to drive sales. Making technical presentations to CEOs, manufactures and Sr. Engineers. Enhancing brand image in the market through flawless execution. Gain thorough understanding of the product technical specifications, warranty and payment terms to articulate them crisply and concisely to customers. Be conversant with the standard agreement templates and the legal implication of the contracting language and terms. Work with the marketing lead to negotiate terms with the customer. Balance resources according to budget and market/competitive environment changes. Analyze and create business plan based on account sales & market-share information, competitive threats & business opportunities. Understand and provide quarterly report on competitive environments & trends. Responsible for keeping precise accounting database records of sales volume, budgets, revenues, quotas.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's (undergraduate) degree in Business or Marketing or related degree or equivalent combination of education and (5 – 7 years) experience in technical sales.
- Experience in solar panels/systems or equivalent a plus.
- Excellent communication and PowerPoint presentation skills
- Excel Spreadsheets and ACT Database
- Evidence of business planning skills and reaching scheduled goals on time.

Inside Sales Representative
We are seeking articulate candidates who enjoy telephone work and have business-to-business sales experience with engineered or technical products. In this position, you will be responsible for working with the Sales Manager in maximizing sales and building customer relationships. This position focuses on telephone phone calls and administrative support for the sales department. Job duties include maintaining ACT sales databases, inventory of sales materials, handling sales questions and marketplace research. In addition, this position must has sales goals and must achieve targeted revenue projections, use innovative sales to meet business growth projections and provide exceptional customer service to clients. Gain thorough understanding of the product technical specifications, warranty and payment terms to articulate them crisply and concisely to customers. Be conversant with the standard agreement templates and the legal implication of the contracting language and terms. Resolve customer problems and provide proactive resolution. Understand technical issues sufficiently enough to translate customer problems to the Sales Manager and Engineering Team.
Qualifications
- (1 – 3 years) experience in technical sales. College Degree preferred but not required. Experience in solar panels/systems product sales or equivalent a plus.

Sales Account Executive (2 positions)We are seeking candidates who have exposure to sales experience in selling engineered outdoor products. In this position you will be responsible for meeting or exceeding quota within assigned region and maintain current customers/accounts. The candidate will prospect and develop new customers/accounts. This position requires the candidate to be extremely persistent, hardworking, energetic, aggressive, motivated by success and ambitious. The ability to work in a telephone-intensive capacity to build executive relationships with your clients is vital to the role.
The Sales Account Executive will collaborate and co-promote SolarFrameWorks’ products. Job duties will include; meeting quarterly sales goals, management of territory budget and ensure accurate and timely expense management. Conduct promotional programs at the national level in various settings. Assertively present product information to a varied customer base. Must be able to understand the competitive landscape by data analysis, and effective due diligence as a sales representative. Implement sound sales and marketing strategies developed from SolarFrameWorks to ensure there is consistency in messaging and targeting.
Qualifications
